He’s all sold out!

Your team captains will be Scott Latinis, Jill Stephenson, Brandon Kashani, Ian Pedowitz, and Kirk Verner with Jeana Billings. Your judging panel will also be the same captains…. no fighting guys- it’s all fun here! They don’t accept bribes and will be very fair… all disagreements will be handled by a friendly game of paper, rock, scissors!

FRIDAY:

Friday will be a practice/warm up day. You are not obligated to attend this day so enjoy it as the mix and mingle event. Please chat with your captain as we plan this event so we can coordinate who will be arriving for Friday Fun Day. For those of you planning to attend Friday, showtime will be 8:30 AM or you can roll in as needed.

SATURDAY:

The competition will be held on Saturday. Expect to complete 6 rounds on Saturday unless weather doesn’t cooperate, then roll over to Sunday. Saturday will have a hard show time of 7:30 AM and wheels up for the first load by 8am (Do not be late). Expect a mix of CASA and OTTER loads for today. The awards are scheduled for Saturday after the last round is completed and dinner will be provided on the dropzone Saturday night.

SUNDAY:

This can be a weather day or If everything goes as planned, Sunday will be a combined day of FUN big ways!! Sunday should be a fun day for all to be on the SAME team and get some multi-plane formations (higher altitudes will cost more)

The Competition:

The competition includes 6 PRE_PAID rounds (1 completed round constitutes a meet), 3 from the Otter and 3 from the Casa, yessssss! Each round will consist of 3-4 scoring formations from the dive pool. Point 1 randomly drawn from Dive Pool A, Point 2 randomly drawn from Dive Pool B, Point 3 randomly drawn from Dive Pool C, and once a formation/block is drawn it will not be drawn again. Competition altitude is 13,500′ and the scoring time is 50 seconds. Final results will be based on rounds completed by all teams. If one or more teams must exit at an altitude less than 13k feet AGL, judges will determine appropriate working time and apply this to all teams for that round. If there is a tie-breaker, the jump off round will be the fastest Texas Star (Random F) build. The official scores will be posted after each round and prior to take off on the next round. Protests… Will we really have protests???? Great, no protests and everyone is happy to be here!

I did my fist tandem jump yesterday with Jon. It was one the best things I have ever done in my life. I wish to thank everyone there for their professionalism and yet you made it so much like being a part of team and a family.
