The awards are scheduled for Saturday after the last round is completed and dinner will be provided on the dropzone Saturday night.
SUNDAY:
This can be a weather day or If everything goes as planned, Sunday will be a combined day of FUN big ways!! Sunday should be a fun day for all to be on the SAME team and get some multi-plane formations (higher altitudes will cost more)
The Competition:
The competition includes 6 PRE_PAID rounds (1 completed round constitutes a meet), 3 from the Otter and 3 from the Casa, yessssss! Each round will consist of 3-4 scoring formations from the dive pool. Point 1 randomly drawn from Dive Pool A, Point 2 randomly drawn from Dive Pool B, Point 3 randomly drawn from Dive Pool C, and once a formation/block is drawn it will not be drawn again. Competition altitude is 13,500′ and the scoring time is 50 seconds. Final results will be based on rounds completed by all teams. If one or more teams must exit at an altitude less than 13k feet AGL, judges will determine appropriate working time and apply this to all teams for that round. If there is a tie-breaker, the jump off round will be the fastest Texas Star (Random F) build. The official scores will be posted after each round and prior to take off on the next round. Protests… Will we really have protests???? Great, no protests and everyone is happy to be here!
