SUP Annual Record Event
Skydiver Under Phorty!
COME JOIN US FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL HALLOWEEN INVITATIONAL
We are beyond excited to announce a new event idea brought to you by All American Big Ways: the 1st Annual Halloween Big Way Invitational at Skydive Paraclete XP.
This first year, our goal is to set an unofficial large formation record of Skydivers Under Phorty… what we are dubbing SUP! We believe that we can build a successful 60 way consisting of all Skydivers Under Phorty years old! This is a 3-day event with an optional (but recommended) fourth day. Thursday is the optional warm-up day, Friday will start the event with smaller-group jumps, then we will move into unofficial record attempts on Saturday and Sunday. Once we get the completion of the unofficial record, we will move into more intricate and multipoint jumps.
Doug Barron and Gorka Amian will be running the show with a special guest organizer, THE Andrew Happick. They will put their heads together to create the most fun, safe and successful skydives you have ever seen! The plan will be to make 5 jumps each day with group size changing throughout the event.
The media team will be brought to you again by Elliot Byrd of Byrd’s Eye Studio (don’t worry, he is under 40 even though he looks 70) and his hand-selected staff. They will be sure to document and share all of the awesomeness to be had every day at our event. Video and stills will be provided for each jump, as well as ground shots and an incredible end-of-event video.
After our great day of skydiving we have more greatness prepared! Your registration includes easy access to all the media from the event, a welcome event bag with lots of cool stuff, as well as a dinner Saturday at PK’s and a Halloween party on Saturday night.
The event will be capped so get your application in soon! Your slot is not confirmed until you submit an application, receive an approval email, and pay your registration fee.
